In-Kind or Upgrade: Your Choice
We can replace fixtures in-kind for a seamless match, or take the opportunity to upgrade to a higher-quality unit with better optics and a longer warranty. All new fixtures are properly waterproofed at the connector and set to the correct stake depth so irrigation and mowing do not knock them loose.
Florida's intense UV index causes fixture housings and lens covers to degrade faster than manufacturer ratings suggest. We source fixtures with UV-stable polycarbonate lenses and impact-resistant brass or aluminum housings rated for the heat and humidity of the Florida climate. Lawn mower contact with stakes is also more common on flat Central Florida lots, so we select stakes with a wider footing for better anchoring in sandy soil.
